Emergency flood relief appealReported as of 26 August 2026
Nepal needs us now
A devastating flood near the Nepal–Tibet border has destroyed homes, roads and bridges in Rasuwa and downstream along the Bhote Koshi and Trishuli rivers. Families have lost everything. We are raising funds for immediate relief.

Tax, fees and administration
Tax status
501(c)(3) non-profit organization registered in the state of Virginia
Mission Rebuild Nepal is a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax deductible in the United States to the extent allowed by law. Online giving carries a processing fee; to put the whole amount to work, use a cheque or bank transfer.
Processing fees
A posted cheque puts the whole amount to work
Online donations cost us close to 3 per cent in processing fees. A posted cheque puts the whole amount to work.
Administration
Minimal administrative cost, and no salaries
No board member, officer or US staff member has ever drawn a salary, and the organisation is committed to keeping administrative costs below 15 per cent. The costs that cannot be avoided are named rather than hidden: card processing of close to 3 per cent, a $30 charge per wire transfer, and Nepal field costs, priced into each house.
